About Supreme Pianos
The Journey of a Master Piano Technician
Jeremy Duckles' career began not at a workbench, but on the stage. A violist by training, Jeremy moved to New York to study at the Manhattan School of Music (MSM) under Leonard Davis, the principal violist of the New York Philharmonic.
It was at MSM that Jeremy discovered his true calling. Tasked with maintaining the school's fleet of 120 Steinway grand pianos, he found himself mentored by the legends of the industry—Franz Moore, Ralph Buscelli, and Angelo Andino. These masters of voicing, regulation, and soundboard construction became his friends and guides.
After years of apprenticeship and serving as the lead Action Technician for the New York Piano Center, Jeremy founded his own workshop in 2003. Today, he brings that same concert-level precision to every instrument that enters his care in the Hudson Valley.
